The utility of the $Medal token is to access the premium benefits of Trooper's ecosystem.

The Medal token is designed to incentive users to register and stay in Trooper’s ecosystem at any given time.

The more you play, the more you earn from 2 streams: Payments & $Medal tokens.

Users will be compensated with $Medal tokens in addition to agreed-upon payments for hiring or getting hired within the platform: For every $100 paid out for hiring, 1 $Medal token will be earned. For every $10 earned for getting hired, 1 $Medal token will be earned.

• $Medal tokens hold governance power within the Trooper ecosystem.

Users can stake $Medal tokens to earn even more $Medal tokens, which can be burned to gain priority in listing or applying to jobs. There is a capped limit on the amount of $Medal tokens that can be earned through staking per wallet/account to prevent inflation saturation.
